With over 25 years of experience providing mental health services to service members, veterans, their families, and local residents, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I recently retired from Tripler Army Medical Center, where I served in the Multi-D Behavioral Health Adult Clinic until January 2023.

In addition to my professional work, I have volunteered as a co-chapter leader for The Compassionate Friends in Honolulu for the past eight years. This nonprofit organization offers free support groups and outreach to those who have lost children or siblings, providing a compassionate space for healing and connection across the United States.

I have been trained in a variety of therapy modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My approach combines these evidence-based techniques to tailor treatment to each individual's needs, fostering resilience, healing, and growth.
